Sheila graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Stellenbosch in 2008. During 2009 she worked in a rural community in the Eastern Cape, South Africa. She worked as a physiotherapist in a private practice treating musculoskeletal and respiratory conditions for the last 5 years. She has completed courses in respiratory care (2011) and a special interest course in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy in 2014. She has also attended post graduate courses in orthopaedic rehabilitation of various joints including the shoulder and hip.
