Lizette is a South African trained Physiotherapist with more than 15 years’ experience in a diverse range of physiotherapy management. She worked in both Public Health Sector and Private Practice which exposed her to a variety of medical conditions. Lizette also worked as a part time Clinical Educator for the University of Cape Town where she was privileged to mentor final year Physiotherapy students doing their Musculoskeletal rotations.

She owned her own practice in South Africa and throughout her career has enjoyed managing a wide range of injuries and chronic conditions. Lizette has extensive experience in sport and orthopaedic rehabilitation and most recently she was part of the medical team of a Provincial Cricket team in South Africa, traveling along and working as their team Physiotherapist. She was involved in their on-field treatment and off-field rehabilitation. She was also responsible for their Return to play Protocols.

Further to her experience in sporting injury and orthopaedic management, Lizette also worked alongside an Occupational Therapist treating clients with Neurological conditions and managing various clients with disabilities throughout her working career.

Lizette is passionate about making a difference in the lives of her clients and helping them achieve their goals and live their best lives.

When Lizette is not at work she enjoys being outdoors with her family.
