Nadine completed a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology in 2012 at Murdoch University in Western Australia. She relocated to Gladstone in 2019 working predominately in Occupational Health. Nadine’s area of interest are injury prevention, metabolic rehabilitation and osteoporosis management/prevention. Nadine has extensive experience with functional screening, manual handling education, osteoporosis group exercise classes and pre and post bariatric surgery exercise prescription to name a few. Nadine is a people person who loves helping people maintain their independence and quality of life through improving body mechanics. Outside of work she enjoys boating, camping, four-wheel driving and attending art classes.
