BPhysT – Cum Laude

Lyndle is a South-African trained Physiotherapist with more than 15 years’ experience in a wide range of physiotherapy fields. With her involvement in sport, a few injuries have come along too but, in several ways, injuries has unlocked so many hidden treasures that can take a sport and musculoskeletal physiotherapist to a deeper understanding of an injury and how to treat it optimally. Her own training has helped her better understand movement and biomechanics, exercise and rehabilitation, as well as the reported pain or symptoms that patients may experience.

Lyndle has worked closely with rugby teams in the past and has developed a love for treating sport injuries – from on field – all the way through to final rehabilitation and return to sport. Whether it may be muscle tears, ligament and tendon injuries, joint issues or neural tissue problems – she loves everything relating to all kinds of injuries and musculoskeletal conditions. She eagerly takes on any condition relating to pain and movement dysfunction and loves seeing how the body responds to treatment and rehabilitation.

Lyndle enjoys the outdoors and is very adventurous. She enjoys obstacle course racing, functional training and exercise and restoring old furniture in her spare time.
